Dr. Regan was always interested in working with unusual animals. From a very young age she spent many hours exploring the woods and ponds and the wildlife they contained around her childhood home in North Bay.

She graduated from the University of Toronto in 1992 with a BSc in specialist biochemistry and chemistry. In 1997 she graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Regan began working at the Animal Hospital of High Park right after she graduated, and eventually became sole owner in 2009. Dr. Regan has worked at the Animal Hospital of High Park for two decades and regards the hospital as her second home. She has worked tirelessly to make the Animal Hospital of High Park a special place with the highest possible standard of medicine for companion and exotic animals.

Dr. Regan currently resides with a very special Jack Russell Terrier, Sir Walter White Chevy Phartman, and has a passion for scuba diving.
