Kassandra grew up in Montreal, Qc and moved to Toronto to pursue a higher education. Kassandra went to school to study criminology, and found that the spooky and macabre wasn’t what she wanted. Instead she turned to her lifelong passion of being with animals. She has always had pets growing up, from birds to dogs to ferrets and cats!

Kassandra is also fluent in Spanish as she grew up with her grandmother who only spoke Spanish. She has helped many of our Spanish speaking clients better understand their pet’s health needs and treatments! Kassandra’s passion for always going above and beyond for our clients as now made her our Client Support Specialist, where she is our client’s go-to person for any and all pet related special requests! 

Since moving here, Kassandra has welcomed in a German Shepherd James Hades, and a kitty named Mia. When Kassandra isn’t working, you can find her cozied with her fur babies and a good book.
